The first thing I learned is on how to pick real estate agent I know or at least one who has been recommended by friends. Some can be trusted and some are not, there are so many behind the scenes transactions that you didn’t know or tell you. There are times that you will be thinking if the agent you hired really cares if you get a nice deal or not.

I also learned on how to check the construction.  Here in the area where I live a concrete made building is much better, why? Spotting motivated sellers. They are not completely motivated to sell if they are still living in their home.
